David Packard said: “A group of people get together and exist as an institution we call a company so they are able to accomplish something collectively that they could not accomplish separately” – welcome to the FIVE Family, a gathering of individuals that together are making a difference in our community.

My name is Elizabeth Sparling. I am the Clinical Director and Matriarch (Owner) of FIVE. I think our FIVE family is likely the most talented group of professionals on the Island, so welcome! I have more than 25 years of experience in the field having worked as a Low Incidence Special Education Teacher in the Saanich School District, a Behaviour Analyst at the Vancouver Island Health Authority Provincial Autism Program and various other for-profit and non-profit agencies, before moving solely to my own company. I am currently pursuing my doctorate through the Royal Roads University where I am focussing on youth with developmental disabilities as they transition to adult services. I am also the mother of a fantastically amazing son with ASD and an intellectual disability. I am very excited to be a part of this team!

My name is Lexie and I’m a member of the FIVE family! I’m a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. I am so excited to be a part of this awesome team taking on the roles of Behaviour Analyst and Clinical Supervisor. I’ve been working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for 8 years. Over that time I’ve worked with some people who have helped spark my love of ABA.  I’m so looking forward to bringing everything I’ve learned to FIVE to improve the lives, not just of our families, but of our Victoria Community as a whole.

I am also planning to provide services in Fort Saint John, my home town! These services will not include my whole FIVE family, but they will be cheering for me! If you happen to stumble upon our page looking for services, and you live a wee bit north of Victoria, reach out!

Hello! My name is Whitney. I am the Family Service Manager at FIVE Behaviour Consultation Services and I also work as a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst. I have over 17 years of experience supporting families and children with diverse abilities. I am a level B RASP professional and a parent. I believe in building a respectful and supportive community. I strive to develop creative and playful strategies to make learning fun. I’m thrilled to be a part of the FIVE Family. I look forward to connecting with our team, families and the community!

Hi! My name is Darcy Howard. I am a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst and a RASP Level B consultant. I have been in the field of ABA for six years. I have been working with children in a centre and am excited to expand my knowledge to working in home. I believe in learning through play and finding what makes each child spark. I am eager to get to know everyone and am excited to be part of the FIVE family.

Hi, my name is Liz Pizem. I have been working with people of various ages and diverse abilities for over a decade, both in homes and schools. A few years ago, I fell in love with the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis and am now a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst. I recently completed a master’s degree in professional education, and am always learning as much as I can to do my best for the families I work with. I work part time at the Victoria School for Ideal Education as their Behaviour Analyst as well as being part of the FIVE family! I’m looking forward to making new connections in the community and helping people achieve their goals.

My name is Megan Rollins and I’m a new addition to the FIVE family. I was introduced to ABA in a therapy centre where I worked as an interventionist for 5 years. After obtaining my certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst and a RASP category B consultant I went on to provide services privately to children and families in the community. I love this work because of the creativity – I get to find ways to weave play and motivation into learning. Most of all I get to be a part of supporting individuals while they grow, and I’m thrilled to be sharing this opportunity with a like-minded team at FIVE.
